I’m Curtis, the founder of Greatland Fitness.

With over two decades in the fitness industry, I specialize in helping people like you reclaim their strength, move pain-free, and build confidence that lasts. My approach blends science-backed training, corrective exercise expertise, and mindset coaching to help you not only move better — but live better.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans or “quick fixes.” I believe in small, consistent efforts that lead to massive, lasting change. I’ve seen it in my own journey, and I’ve helped countless others do the same.
